GONE... Now called "Tryst". After one visit... I'm afraid there won't be a second. Especially when you go by and you're lucky if there are three or four cars in the lot..

| Catch 22 Bistro | Algonac, MI | |
|
We were the first customers and continue to return at least three times a week. Nick and his sons know how to run a business. After all the years I went there when it was the Galley, It was never this busy. From lamb shanks to Rabbit Cacciatore, and PORK CHOPS to die for...

| Margaret Jeans Restaurant | Algonac, MI | |
|
Margaret Jean has retired and turned the place over to her youngest son... SORRY, but it has gone straight down hill. What used to be sparkling clean, now needs a GOOD scrub-down

Little or no difference. Mediocre food and poor service (even when
the place was empty)

| Bad Brads Bbq | New Baltimore, MI | |
|
The atmosphere is nice... Better then the BBQ. This is no Arthur Bryants,
but it will have to do, around here. Not cheap. Primarily a sandwich
place.
|
||
| New York Deli | New Baltimore, MI | |
|
Still the best place around for pan fried Perch. Good homemade soups
and salads.
|
||
| Zlate's Place | Fair Haven, MI | |
|
The Broasted Chicken used to be the best around, but has really gone
down hill since being sold. Now it is greasy and cooked in old oil. The
pizza is still good.

| Mc Rae's Big River Grill | Algonac, MI | |
|
Speaking of which... We ate here today, for Mothers' Day. The Buffet
was terrific. Prime Rib, Ham, Shepard's Pie, Blackend Tuna, Jambalia,
Herb Chicken, Lasagna, Sirloin Tips, Eggs Benedict..... Deserts
galore..... Fresh mad donuts. A table full of salads and fresh hot bread.
OUTSTANDING Food and Service. They even had a tour-guide behind the
table to identify each dish.
